About

I am an experienced U.S. Army veteran with over 20 years of distinguished service in leadership, information technology, education, and training development. I currently serve as the Army Strategic Advisor at Columbia Southern University, where I lead efforts to strengthen the university’s engagement with the U.S. Army through strategic partnerships across military installations and key Army organizations.

During my Army career, I served as an IT professional and Senior Military Advisor across various organizations and as undergraduate instructor at the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy. I bring deep expertise in coaching and mentoring, curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning theory, and the ADDIE process.

I am passionate about helping Soldiers, Veterans, and their Families realize their educational goals, and developing and delivering training solutions that drive personal growth, professional advancement, and academic success. With a strategic mindset and a lifelong commitment to service, I work to connect Soldiers, veterans, and their families with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed—both in and out of uniform.
