POP’s Leadership Consulting LLC helps businesses, government organizations, military teams, nonprofits, and leaders improve performance by aligning People, Processes, and Tools.

Founded by retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major Jamie K. Price, POP’s brings extensive experience in leadership development, human resources, workforce strategy, organizational development, strategic planning, training, process improvement, and executive-level leadership. Jamie’s professional experience spans the U.S. Army, Bank of America, the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, and public service as a former City Council Member in Chester, South Carolina, where he chaired the Finance and Public Safety Committees and served on the Economic Development Committee.

POP’s services include leadership development and coaching, workforce and organizational assessments, strategic planning, performance improvement, professional development, resilience-building leadership training, and consulting designed to help organizations identify performance gaps and implement practical solutions.

Jamie is also President of the Sun City Chapter of the Adjutant General’s Corps Regimental Association (AGCRA) in El Paso. Through Sun City AGCRA, he supports the professional development, networking, recognition, mentorship, and connection of Army Human Resources professionals, Soldiers, veterans, civilian HR professionals, and community partners throughout Fort Bliss and the greater El Paso region.
