Moriah Garcia is a people-first leader with 21 years of service in the United States Army and Army Reserve, dedicated to creating environments where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered. Throughout her career, she has led complex operations, guided high-performing teams, and developed programs that drive both organizational success and individual growth.

As Market Director for Galt Staffing, Moriah champions disability inclusion and workforce accessibility, partnering with employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person deserves equitable access to opportunity and the tools needed to achieve independence and success.

Moriah brings extensive experience in operations management, strategic planning, workforce development, staff development, program oversight, and community engagement. Her background includes leadership roles in workforce development, where she managed federally funded employment and training programs, collaborated with business and community stakeholders, and helped create pathways to economic mobility for individuals and families throughout the Borderplex region.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Political Science and a Master of Arts in History from The University of Texas at El Paso. Moriah also received Information Systems Technology training through the U.S. Army and completed multiple military leadership academies during her distinguished military career.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Moriah excels at building strong teams, developing talent, and implementing processes that enhance performance while focusing on the human impact of the work. Combining expertise in data analysis, risk management, operational excellence, and servant leadership, she remains committed to helping individuals, organizations, and communities thrive.
