Join us for the next Women in Business Breakfast on October 16th at 9 am at The Center for Civic Engagement, on the 17th floor of the Blue Flame Building celebrating the remarkable achievements of a remarkable woman in our community! 🌟🙌🏽

We are honored to have Executive Assistant Chief of Police Zina Silva as our keynote speaker. Chief Silva will share her expertise on preparing for interviews for higher positions and promotions, offering invaluable advice on climbing the ranks to the top. She will also recount her inspiring journey, highlighting the obstacles she has overcome as a woman of color in a male-dominated field.

As of May 5, 2025, Chief Silva will have 30 years of dedicated service with the El Paso Police Department, proudly serving the community in various capacities. She is the first woman in the history of the department to hold her current rank.
